Scentsy Mr.Whack-A-Host

scentsyI will review Scentsy here which is a fragrance company based in Idaho. The MLM was founded back in 2004 and now has over 100,000 consultants all over the world. They run a big operation which runs solely on direct selling and multi level marketing. Just in 2016, Scentsy declared that their revenue was around $456 million.

They also got onto the 2017 DSN Global 100 List with their model and revenue stream. According to the company, they give ‘aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to launch a business without making a huge financial investment,’ which is the true nature of any MLM company.

So how do you get to join Scentsy in the first place? You can log onto their website and find out all the basic details from there. This is how it works: you will pay either $99 or $149 for a basic or enhanced kit respectively.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

These are both kits for beginners so you’ll be taken care of in terms of resources and training. In a nutshell, you will have everything you need to get your consultant business up and running. Once you’ve paid for your kit, you will get a bunch of product samples. Of course, you will receive more samples with the enhanced kit.

The kit also includes business tools such as digital lessons and resources. There is also free 3 month access to your own Scentsy website where you can customize your selling pitch as many times as you want. After the 3 months end, you will have to pay $10 per month to keep your access.

Now Scentsy works a little differently to other MLMs in the sense that you will not be able to buy their products on wholesale prices. When you do make a purchase you will have to pay the full retail price for every product.

This may make you feel like just another customer as opposed to an affiliate, but then consider that you will get paid a commission every month depending on your PRV (Personal Retail Volume). This commission starts off at 20% but increases up to 25% once you hit 1000 PRV points. This means you will have to buy this much product to actually get this commission percentage.

This could be okay if you have enough initial investment available but the alternative is that you will be spending more money than you are making.

However, if you actually hit 2000 PRV you will be able to hit a bonus of 5% in commissions. All this math means that you will be able to get 30% in commissions eventually if you work hard enough. Moving away from the retail compensation model, you will be able to earn serious money if you create a strong downline of salespeople.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

You can recruit these people and start urging them to buy products from Scentsy. Once they do this, you will get commissions on all their purchases as well.

The Scentsy compensation plan isn’t explained so well but this is how I have interpreted it. This is how it will go down: if you have ordered products that are around at least worth 500 PRV per month and your sponsored consultants are also ordering the same amount of product, you will qualify for a Scentsy rank that pays out more than just the basic package.

For example, the Superstar Consultant will earn you 7% of commissions on sales made by your sponsored consultants.

This plan then goes on. So if someone in your personal frontline qualifies to earn wholesale commission, then you will also earn a differential commission on their particular wholesale volume. And then further on, if you’re a star consultant, you will get up to 4% wholesale commission from each leg that you’ve created in your downline.

This goes on so that if someone you have in your frontline reaches the rank of Lead Consultant, then they will get up to 2% wholesale commission. However, just on this leg, you can earn 2% of the difference between their rank and yours.

If you keep going and hit the rank of Director,  you can qualify for the wholesale commission of 9%. You will now also qualify for a Director bonus and this will be paid based on the wholesale volume of any other directors in your personal downline. There is also the Superstar Director rank which entails the ultimate bonus for you and your team.

Scentsy seems to be a pretty solid opportunity if you don’t mind constant recruitment and performance checks. However, it’s not my #1 way to make good money. I can tell you a lot of other ways in which you can actually quit your day job and make a decent living!

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Pampered Chef Mr.Whack-A-Host

pamperedPampered Chef started out in 1980 and it was set up in Doris Christopher’s basement! In 10 short years, the company had already expanded to Canada, the UK and also Germany. And they’re still continuing to grow around the world.

In 2002, Pampered Chef was absorbed by Berkshire Hathaway which is a massive conglomerate owned by Warren Buffet. It’s based in Omaha and still owns the smaller Pampered Chef to this day. They’re also the fourth largest public company in the world and own a bunch of famous organizations. Some of these include GEICO, Dairy Queen and others. They also own portions of huge companies like Coca Cola.

So back to Pampered Chef. This interesting MLM offers kitchen and home products and normally uses the direct selling method. They have a number of tactics up their sleeve such as Facebook friend requests, virtual hangouts, actual parties and a lot of conference calls.

Their income model hasn’t been the best out there, though, but they still seem to be making some money. Right now, their income model seems to be better suited to investors and not affiliates.

Their employees don’t seem too happy. Obviously, this varies from person to person. I’m going to talk a bit more about how Pampered Chef’s compensation and consultant model actually works.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

To join Pampered Chef as a consultant, you’ll need to purchase a kit. These come in three variations, starting from the basic and going all the way up to the Ultimate.  Of course, the amount you have to pay greatly varies across all three as well.

So let’s see what these levels are. The first one is the Starter Kit, which costs about $109 and gives you around $450 worth of Pampered Chef products that you will sell. The second one costs about $160 and includes with it $650 worth of products.

The third is called the Ultimate Kit and it’ll set you back by $249 and also give you $1000 worth of exclusive products. There is another way or ‘hack’ to becoming a consultant. You can actually host a party to promote Pampered Chef and this way you get a $50 kit credit. You can end up joining for as little as $59.

Now onto what you’d sell, if you were a consultant at Pampered Chef. While they mainly  sell kitchenware products, they also have anything you’d need in your kitchen such as appliances and more. Here is an extensive list of the kinds of things you can find at Pampered Chef:

  • Bakeware
  • Cutlery of all designs
  • Cookbooks
  • Appliances
  • Grilling accessories and barbeque essentials
  • Various dishes
  • Holiday sets and party packs
  • Kitchen storage boxes and stowaway spaces
  • Some assorted food products

They even sell some food stuff. Their popular brands retail under the names of Sunrider, Take Shapre for Life and Nuriche. Pampered Chef has been around for a long time which is why customers have already picked their favorites. These are some of the most-loved products:

  • Kids pizza making set – retails for $45
  • Emoji cookie cutter set – retails for $10
  • Herb infuser – retails for $10
  • Manual food processor – retails for $52.50
  • Small bamboo knife block set – retails for $165 and includes 4 pieces
  • Beer bread mix – retails for $11

You can really tell that they cover it all in terms of kitchenware and even food. Pampered Chef aim to take over the kitchen space in the way that you can get products from start to finish.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

You can get a cookbook, the actual ingredients, ready made food and then appliances and further on, decorative dishes and much more. This really encompasses the idea of the whole company, which is essentially to ‘create powerful products’ to help you achieve a fast and efficient cooking process. However, they had a unique selling point back in the day.

Now, their kitchenware can’t be differentiated from their competitors’ and the fact that Pampered Chef also charges extravagantly for their stuff makes them less effective.

Now onto the compensation plan, i.e. what you’re going to get when you sign up with Pampered Chef. This will perhaps help you make your decision. Keep in mind that your compensation rates will depend on how your monthly sales performance is.

A good ballpark idea is that if you sell $1-750 in sales, you’ll get around a 20% commission rate. On the higher end, $4000+ in monthly sales will help you get to a 25% commission rate. This is the scale through which you can base your decision of joining Pampered Chef.

Now most consultants stay below the 20% commission rate because it’s not that easy to jack up your sales with this program. If you want to make some serious money with them you’re going to need to create a good reliable team full of dedicated consultants. In any case, you will get 50% off on new items from Pampered Chef once you sign up.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

NU SKIN Mr.Whack-A-Host

nuskin-reviewAmongst the top ranked Multi-Marketing Companies, Nu Skin has managed to make a prominent position amongst the others. It was founded in 1984 by Blake Roney, Nedra Roney, Steve Lund, and Sandie, N. Tillotson who are now accredited and highly rated with the Better Business Bureau.

They started developing their brand and products in mid-west US, in Provo, Utah. They mainly distribute personal care items along with dietary supplements under the brand, Pharmanex. Soon after its origin, it spread itself to foreign countries, first being Canada in 1990.

Not long after, it began operations in Asia, finding its way to Hong Kong. This helped their sales grow exponentially. Following their success, Nu Skin also landed itself in the New York Stock Exchange by 1996.

As of current, the company has infiltrated 54 markets, and has a network of an estimate of 1.2 million representatives dealing with the consumers.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Nu Skin has been round for more than thirty years, which only confirms its longevity. It’s a safe bet that unlike other MLM companies, it is not likely to leave you out of the blue and shut down unexpectedly.

Their company model is essential to understand as someone looking into becoming an affiliate. They use multi-level marketing to sell their products through their representatives to the customers. This means that each distributor is given the opportunity to sell Nu Skin products to their own customer base and make a decent commission by just signing on.

Nu Skin gives their representatives the chance to recruit their own team, to increase the sales of the products and increase the commission rate altogether. The representatives get to build and nurture their own small businesses as long as they stay within Nu Skin brand’s parameters.

By essentially giving their distributors freedom to sell the products in the most appropriate way possible, it has enabled them to increase their sales and recruit thousands of representatives around the world.

Their distributors actually earn a very decent amount of income as Nu Skin’s products are high quality and pricey. This proves to be very profitable for the affiliates, and can result in a stable revenue stream for dedicated workers.

Now you’re wondering, how does one become an affiliate exactly? Customers get the choice to sign up as a distributor in order to purchase products on a wholesale level and cost, and then make profit by reselling them to consumers.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

By just filling out an application for the independent distributor position on their website, you get to purchase and select one of the introductory packages available.

You can find these packages available for$150-$1,230, in which there are Nu Skin products for you to sell. It does come with a $25 charge for the business portfolio along with an annual membership fee of $20.

The compensation plan does not get better than this. The startup commission rate is a decent 25% with an added 5% bonus for every recruiter you personally enroll and the amount earned through your circle’s sales.

You can also qualify to become a Sales Network Executive, which gives you benefits such as being able to participate in the Leadership Bonus Pool.

Here is a simple breakdown of how the compensation plan works and what each Nu Skin distributor level requires. Distributor and Qualifying Executive Distributor requires you to have 5 customers sales monthly and a 200 L1 Product Sales Volume.

Then comes the position of Executive Distributor which requires you to achieve 5 monthly customer sales and 2,000 Group Sales Volume. Lastly, there’s the position of Executive Leader in which you have to successfully have 200 L1 Product Sales Volume for 3 consecutive months with  a 1,ooo GSV in your first month, 1,500 GSV in your second month, and 2,000 GSV in your third month consistently.

Here’s what the company actually offers in terms of products. Their products consist of more than 200 personal and self-care products that help women achieve a younger, brighter looking face.

Their anti-aging products have proven themselves to be the most popular amongst their consumers as it helps to tighten and even clear their skin. In 1996, Nu Skin managed to acquire Pharmanex, a company that deals exclusively with dietary supplements.

Nu Skin used the company to develop products that matched well with their already existing product line, and have been proven to be successful in their efforts. They developed a patent on the device designed by Pharmanex called the “BioPhotonic Scanner” which helps to measure the carotenoid level in the system and has proven to be a success.

The company does not fall behind when it comes to charity. A generous portion of the proceeds go to the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation. The distributors have claimed how easy it is to work for Nu Skin, as anyone who is technologically inept, can still easily operate their sales over the internet.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Mary Kay Mr.Whack-A-Host

Mary Kay LogoIf you’re in the MLM game, you’ve definitely heard of Mary Kay Cosmetics. This is the 5th largest MLM in the entire world and they’ve been around for over 50 years.

They’re also included in the billion dollar club and their annual revenue for 2016 was around $3.5 billion! They’re not small fry and they’re showing everyone how the MLM model really works provided everyone has a committed team of salespeople.

The MLM giant also has an army of around 3.5 million Independent Beauty Consultants on board. A lot of women have become personal millionaires by selling their products and this company only competes with the big leagues like Avon or Amway.

If you sign up as a consultant, you mean serious business because there are a lot of perks you get with the job.

Let’s talk about how you actually become a Mary Kay consultant. You don’t start off with a massive stash of beauty samples and products. You can’t become rich instantly.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

This is not a quick rich scheme and you have to be patient with the payout if you want to become truly successful. First off, you have to buy a $100 starter kit. This doesn’t sound like much and it’s true.

The starter kit comes with all the info you could need to start off. It’s pretty self explanatory. Next, you have to understand that all consultants need to hit a minimum quota to stay active and be considered in the game.

This is around $200 worth of products that you need to be selling every 3 months. Compared to some other stricter MLMs, this one doesn’t seem to have a minimum quota that’s too terrible. I’ll go into the compensation plan a little later after I’ve talked more about their products and what you can expect to sell.

Mary Kay does cosmetics, obviously and they’re known to do them well. But what makes their cosmetics better than others in the market? The beauty industry has become super saturated with makeup nowadays and it’s hard to establish a good foothold.

One of the bigger problems with MK products is that they are not tested on animals. This is a big deal nowadays and one that can easily shrink an active customer base. MK do spend a lot of time researching and developing new beauty products but it’s not clear how they’re going down with customers.

Some of their stuff counts as classic customer favorites, but others are newer and untested. Asides from cosmetics, MK also make skincare stuff and men’s products as well.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Some of their best loved products are Lash Love Mascara, the TimeWise cleanser and their special eyeliner. They also have the Mineral Powder Foundation which sells out a lot as soon as a new batch comes in.

Their skin line called Clear Proof has recently been doing really well also. Their products are great and the best thing about them is that they are also reasonably priced. The average housewife who spends on these wouldn’t have to break the bank buying these.

Many of their top products are priced around $12-18 and that’s it!

Once you sign up to MK, you get the title of an Independent Beauty Consultant. You become the quintessential Pink Lady and if you keep doing well, you can move up to becoming an Independent Sales Director and National Sales Director.

The catch here is that while you wait to actually get to these top ranks, you won’t be making a lot of money. Of course the top positions offer a lot more but you have to keep selling and selling to get there. However, it gets harder to move to the top when you have so many people directly above you, in your upline.

Regardless, once you sign up with the sign up kit, you get some basic materials. These are: a business announcement eCard, a custom color look and 40% discount on a proper business kit. This kit is essential if you’re serious about this business.

You also get 50% off of any MK products you purchase online. This means that you can buy products for half off and then sell them for full price. This is some serious profit potential.

This is basically a 50% commission rate on personal sales and is quite a competitive rate when you look at other MLMs in the industry. When you start moving up in ranks, you start earning more and more. This means 4% on the sales in your downline and you can go as high as 13% commission on sales from your team.

Hey, if you hit $100,000 per year in sales, you can even get the famous pink Mary Kay caddy! That’s a shiny useful toy that most ladies love to have.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Jeunesse Mr.Whack-A-Host

I’m going to talk about Jeunesse today, which is possible one of the most spread out skincare MLM’s on the market. The whole company became hot stuff after they launched a miraculous skin cream that consumers loved so much, they started buying it like crazy.

They have science to back this up! Their products actually seem to make a difference, which is astounding for skincare in general. Asides from the skin cream, they also have an Instantly Ageless product which is supposed to reduce puffiness around the eyes and also finish off wrinkles.

I’ve read that experts have left glowing recommendations for Jeunesse, with some predicting that the entire anti-aging cosmetics market will be worth about $192 billion by 2019. Jeunesse is not unique in its promises to reverse aging, but it is one of the MLM’s that is doing better in terms of product quality and consumer satisfaction.

Doctors have personally been endorsing the company all ways. Dr. Doris reviewed the Instantly Ageless product and said, “It causes instant, but temporary tightening and smoothing of the under eye area that can last anywhere from two to eight hours.”

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

But you’re not here to see if you can reduce your aging signs and symptoms. You want to know if you ca earn some money by signing up with Jeunesse. Let’s look at what Jeunesse offers their consumers and go into their main selling points to answer your questions.

There are three main ‘breakthroughs’ that Jeunesse products seem to sell. These are:

  1. Stem cell research
  2. DNA repair technology
  3. Antioxidants

I’ll go into each of these in more detail and explain what they’re all about. Stem cell research has long been known for reversing the aging process. The idea here is that new healthy cells are introduced to your skin and they replace old, aging ones. This is supposed to help your skin stay elastic and supple for a longer time, ensuring you won’t have wrinkles till much later.

Dr. Nathan Newman is a world-renowned expert dermatologist who is well known for his special facelifts. These lifts are done using stem cell technology. The cells are taken from the patient’s fat cells and then he injects them into areas of the face that require a lift.

Jeunesse-review0logoHe has worked closely with Jeunesse to create a topical treatment that can actually have the same effect but will be an at home application. It’s supposed to be super easy and convenient. It’s called Luminesce.

Even though there are no solid proofs showing if the cream works, other experts have said it’s very likely that it will. The fact that stem cells definitely help reverse the aging process is true: the cells serve to create new collagen and blood vessels and this in turn leads to younger skin. At this time however, stem cell research is still in its early phases and much more has to be found out about it.

The second breakthrough is DNA repair technology. All of Jeunesse’s anti aging products rely heavily on DNA repair. This is because scientists have a theory that over time, DNA gets damaged, leading to older thicker looking skin.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Even though humans do regenerate new skin, it just doesn’t come out as young as before. And this is a sign of damaged DNA, which becomes more apparent as humans age. In technical terms, DNA becomes damaged when the ‘end caps’ on genes start to become overused. Jeunesse’s technology works to restore and repair these end caps which is how DNA becomes healthy.

In theory, this could work. However, there still needs to be more research on the subject. Jeunesse introducted an enzyme called Telomerase which can effectively repair damaged DNA end caps. However , this has not been significantly tested which is why consumers believe Jeunesse’s stem cell products are much more effective than their DNA repair.

Jeunesse also offers antioxidant products. While they have a variety of these in their portfolio, there is one called Reserve that stands out and is a best seller. The antioxidant contained in this is called Resveratrol and this is taken out of red grapes.

Even the National Institute of Health admits that this products can fight aging because it boosts longer life for skin cells. Cells are provoked to produce more energy, leading them to stay younger for a longer time.

However, it is unclear whether a topical treatment would be effective in this case since resveratrol doesn’t really stay in the body long enough to produce enough difference. It passes quickly through the bloodstream and doesn’t make any magic happen.

While Jeunesse’s main selling point seems to be their stem cell products, consumers are happy with them. However, if you’ve signed up to make money from their company as a marketer, I can tell you some better ways to earn well for yourself.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Herbalife Mr.Whack-A-Host

herbalife-reviewsI’m reviewing Herbalife which was started up in Los Angeles in 1980. It was one of the first MLM companies in the world and has now expanded into becoming a massive global operation. They have a stream of affiliates which are placed all around the world.

They do market distributor opportunities pretty aggressively and now have almost achieved cult status. They pull out the works to rope people in. There are promotional conferences, direct selling conventions, phone calls and other seminars to attract potential distributors.

They even have their own personalized giveaways which are branded with the logo and tagline. These include keychains and t-shirts among other merchandise.

The idea behind Herbalife is simple: you try out their products, recommend them to your friends and then they recommend and so on and so forth. Of course, since it’s an MLM, you would have to recruit people to work in your downline but the basic idea is all there.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Once your friends or other associates start to earn enough, you will start making commissions on their earnings as well. In this way, Herbalife offers your financial independence. I am going to give you more details about them so you know whether or not they’re the right fit for your life.

In any case, making an actual profit from Herbalife isn’t that simple. You have to stay very active with your sales and so does your team. All of you have to generate a minimum quote. Herbalife counts annual volume points (VP). This is how it is calculated: each product has its own VP value and this means that the more expensive kinds of Herbalife products carry better VP.

So by purchasing and then selling more of these, you rise higher and higher in the chain. Of course, you could even be buying these yourself, so you have to think about it from that perspective. If you continue to buy more product, you will qualify to earn more and more discounts off the retail prices as well. The top most discount you can hit is 50% off the retail price.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

This means that to get here, you have to actually buy a minimum number of product, hit your VP count and then you’ll get the percentage off. It’s a little bit paradoxical if you think about it. If you can’t get that VP required, you become inactive and don’t get access to any commission, present or future, that your team generates for you.

I attended a Herbalife seminar where they said I wouldn’t have to be a salesperson to become a success story at Herbalife. However, I remember being skeptical about this because their distributors do have to buy a lot of product to actually qualify for commission percentage. This means that you do have to buy first, then successfully sell it, meaning you do need to be a salesperson.

Your personality matters a lot here. If you’re charismatic and charming, you will be able to ace the sales game very well compared to someone who’s shy and nervous and has trouble talking to people. Herbalife seminars also focus a lot on dream building, which means that they offer you full financial freedom.

I’d take this with a grain of salt because in Herbalife, like in any MLM company, you only get back what you put in. even though Herbalife claims that you will earn enough residual income in some years, this might not be true if you’re not marketing it the right way. They do tell you that you can imagine getting all the luxury you ever wanted. However, you have to build a successful downline for this to work out.

Speaking of, once you join someone else’s upline, you will be asked to buy the Herbalife Member Pack. This just means that you will be getting fed a lot of aspirational words but the bottom line is that you have to buy product to sell it, and therefore, to make money.

This is kind of a super clever model because if you don’t end up hitting your sales quota, they’ll just tell you that you needed to buy more product. And they don’t offer a lot of resources to help so you’ll majorly be on your own.

One of the major ways in which you’ll be recruited is online. Herbalife distributors have ditched the door to door pattern and normally operate through social media or email. You might attend a seminar like I did but those are getting rarer and rarer too. So if you become a distributor, you’ll be inviting and selling to people online which is pretty convenient in its own way.

In terms of selling, you have to understand that you won’t be selling with the aid of marketing and advertising. This is direct selling and you have to give your sales pitch your best shot!

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Forever Living Mr.Whack-A-Host

Forever Living is a company that has been capitalizing on a miracle ingredient in the beauty and health world. This ingredient is called aloe vera and a lot of products that are super popular now use this ingredient.

A lot of consumers haven’t seen much difference in Forever Living products versus their competitors but everyone has different needs and wellness goals.

Some of their products are also needlessly expensive even though aloe vera isn’t that pricey to use. I am reviewing this company and will be giving you all the details you need to know about them.

To start off with, aloe vera is definitely a popular plant but some people have reported toxicity and bad effects of using too much of it. For example, if you’re using multiple products with aloe vera in them, this might not be the best choice for your health.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

A lot of consumers also argue that you don’t need to buy products from Forever Living to enjoy the benefits of aloe. You can also just buy a plant and harvest raw aloe as and when needed.

Additionally, there are other companies that provide you with the same products but at a more cost efficient price. The fact is that this review will deal with how their distributor experience is and not so much on the consumer side.

I have some friends who signed up to be distributors for this company and I will share their experiences so you can decide where you lie on the fence. First off, Forever Living is not a scam company but an actual MLM which was setup in 1978 by a man called Rex Maughan.

Forever Living has made a name for itself across the market with its impressive product portfolio and range of products, all of which promise to rejuvenate and help healthy lifestyles.

One issue that all distributors have had is that it’s really tough to start out in this company. Around 95% of the people who join up actually end up failing just in their first year.

And because the failure rate is so high, a lot of people have started to see this company as a scam, but it’s not. I will go into the different factors for failure further below. As of now, around 95% of distributors and associates are still struggling and cannot meet the minimum sales requirements. These are people who are working on constant recruitment and asking more and more people to join up.

One of the reasons why failure happens is because the strategies you learn at Forever Living are usually setting you up for failure. These are not savvy techniques or marketing lessons.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Even though you get education from various teams across the company, the overall gist of it won’t be useful to you and you will end up feeling a bit lost with all the sales goals staring you in the face. This is one of the internal factors of why so many affiliates fail at Forever Living but there are others as well.

Another internal factor is personality and charisma. If you want to sell at Forever Living, you have to be willing to be a proper salesperson and really go out there. You will fail if your charisma can’t pull you through any of your sales.

The trick here is to get a proper mentor who will teach you the ways of selling. You have to put your shyness behind you when you leave the house to sell these products because of course, no one will buy from a stammering salesman.

There are also some external factors which can hamper your performance in Forever Living. These are some of the strategies and methods that your sponsor – the person who got you into Forever Living – will share with you. You must follow these if you want to succeed in the profession. The strategies are:

  • Creating a list of your family and friends and sell your opportunity to them. Who better to practice your sales expertise on besides people who have already seen you be goofy
  • Get your family and friends to do a 3 way call/meeting with your sponsor. This will work to set up trust and you will learn from your sponsor how to sell to those closest to you
  • Host parties at your home since it’s easier to sell in an environment where everyone feels comfortable and happy
  • Give away samples to attract future consumers and distributors
  • Promotional materials of the company should be given out as well to create more awareness about Forever Living

Even though Forever Living does have a lot of failure and setbacks awaiting, the right kind of person can earn if they want to. It might not be the ideal way to make money and there are definitely better ways out there.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Empower Network Mr.Whack-A-Host

empower-reviewFYI: Empower Network is no longer in business…

Are you thinking about joining Empower Network? Interesting in making a little money on the side? Empower Network offers mouthwatering deals for guys just like you and me!

I mean, when I joined up, David Wood (one of the co-founders) told me all I would have to do is blog and I would start getting paid! I thought to myself, ‘what a great deal! This is something I can really get behind!’ And I joined up.

I’m not going to lie. I have made money with Empower Network. That’s why I’m writing this review for you, so you know if Empower Network is the right fit for you.

Keep in mind that just because I made money working with them doesn’t guarantee that you will too. I hope you don’t feel taken aback by that! Facts are facts and my review is here to help you make a decision today. So let’s get started!

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

First things first, you have to understand that this is an investment. Like any other independent business venture, you’re going to have to invest some of your own cash here.

Now hear me out: it won’t be anything drastic like $100,000! Or even $50,000. To get started at Empower Network, all you need is the good solid sum of $5000! I’m only talking about the initial investment fee here. Keep in mind that there will be some additional costs along the way.

I’ll be straight with you. Here’s a breakdown of all the costs you’re going to take on once you sign up to sell with Empower Network.

  • $5000 for ALL the training material that Empower Network has to offer for your particular job
  • $25 recurring monthly payment for access to the viral blogging system
  • $19 recurring monthly payment for the affiliate system
  • $100 for access to the Inner Circle
  • …and maybe some more fees.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

You’re probably thinking: is Empower Network worth it? Am I even going to make money off it? Should I invest my hard earned cash in an online venture? Here’s where my review gets super honest.

Not everyone will make money with Empower Network. I’m not saying it’s a scam, definitely not. I myself have been able to get some good payout working with them. All I’m saying is, it’s not for everyone!

This isn’t me blowing my own trumpet, but I’m an AFFILIATE MARKETER! I already had a lot of the skills required to promote Empower Network and make sure my review ended up at the top of the search results.

I got good training from them but I already knew quite a bit about SEO. And if you know too, that skill will come in handy for when you join up!

Now if you’re not like me and don’t know SEO, then you’ll need more training. Empower Network isn’t a scam, but it’s definitely not as easy as just blogging everyday.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

I was able to make money off of it because I sell products and promote businesses online 24/7. It’s my day job! But if you’re just starting out as a newbie who doesn’t have the needed ‘know-how’ then you should reconsider your decision.

Here are some stats for you: over 95% of online marketers actually fail. Yes I’ve landed in the rare 5% who have actually succeeded, but that’s because I already have a lot of insights into how online marketing works.

That’s the key, people! Empower Network cannot help make you money if you don’t already have a few tricks up your sleeve.

I mean, they can but then you gotta pay for a lot of training and keep upgrading your skills before you see a single cent. As long as you’re still training, you’re not selling product. If you’re not selling, you’re not earning a single cent. So keep that in mind before you take the leap.

I’m going to end this review with a few words of caution. Empower Network can be a great investment opp if you wanna start earning money and ALREADY have some knowledge of online selling/promotion.

However, if you’re a total newbie, keep in mind that you will need access to training and materials before you can begin. Just want to say again, THIS IS NOT A SCAM! But be careful and do your research before you sign up! That’s all guys!

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Doterra Mr.Whack-A-Host

Essential oils are a hot-selling product right now and a lot of MLM companies have stepped up to take advantage. I’m reviewing doTERRA today, which is one of these companies selling essential oils for everyone. Why are oils so popular? Well, everyone is using them!

Whether you go to a relaxing spa for some quality time, someone’s party or just have a night at home, you’ll see essential oils being used. I’m all for oils and I think they’re a great product with lots of benefits. However, that doesn’t always mean they’re a great investment opportunity.

doterra-review

doTERRA has been doing something right though. The company sells wellness products as well as essential oils and has lots of opportunities for affiliates to join in. doTERRA has been getting a lot of good word of mouth reputation and has also been hitting hyper-growth, which means their sales have been going into hyperdrive.

doTERRA already has a strong presence in places like Europe, North America, Latin America and also Asia. And not only are their branches expanding, but they’re also adding more and more products to their portfolio which ensures their risk is more spread out.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Independent consultants also have a lot to look forward to since they have a wealth of resources available to them. doTERRA’s product range includes everything from single oil bottles to some supplements and even toothpaste! All their products work for people who prefer organic and natural living.

The founders’ vision was to combine their respective acumen which were healthcare and business. After founding the company in 2008, they started on their mission of offering alternative health and wellness through the power of essential oils. doTERRA also got some important experts on board.

They have many hospitals and accredited health leaders with them who also explain how to use essential oils for wellness. Essential oils offered by doTERRA are actually therapeutic grade and according to the company, they seem to cure everything.

doTERRA’s essential oils are made from organic compounds which are found in different parts of various plants. These plants provide fragrance but also offer a strong immunity component which is why they’re so good for the wellness components in human health.

They’re healthy, organic, safe and globally certified which is why they’re doing well. Internationally, people have been turning more and more towards the green movement and living natural lives. This is the space that doTERRA came in to fill.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Here are some pros for doTERRA’s essential oils:

  1. An independent consultant that chooses to sell these oils can also educate consumers on how they’re used which isn’t that hard since essential oils can be used in any way possible.
  2. Essential oils have been around for a long time but now there is clinical research that is available to back up their effectiveness. Even though people from ancient cultures used them earlier on, people nowadays were not convinced. Now they will be.
  3. Natural wellness products such as those engineered by doTERRA are getting more share of the spotlight now as more and more research is being done on them.
  4. doTERRA offers a lot of resources and support for their consultants such as video presentations and online networks for support. There is also an admin panel which is available to consultants for free.
  5. doTERRA also runs conferences which are smooth and run very well. The organization is professional and you won’t find much discrepancy in how they treat their consultants.
  6. Essential oils doesn’t come across any social or economic boundaries or borders. It’s a globally useful product that lends itself well to any country.
  7. All consultants receive a ‘fast start bonus’ which means they earn up to 20% on all purchases and sales that go through because of their referrals. This offer lasts for 60 days from the day they first start. They also have loyalty rewards which enable them to earn some free products.
  8. Speaking of bonuses, there is a team bonus which is paid on a monthly basis. Asides from this, there are also bonuses for $50, $250, and $150 which are given out for hitting certain sales and enrollment targets.

Cons include:

  1. Consultants need to spend some of their money. doTERRA requires a registration fee of $35. This isn’t very high compared to some other MLM companies, but is still a significant amount considering you have to start making sales first.
  2. doTERRA doesn’t offer a lot of product variety in terms of their portfolio.
  3. Their current president used to work for their rival company which led to them getting hit with a lawsuit.
  4. doTERRA doesn’t have their own farms and have to rely on an outside supplier for their products.
  5. They also don’t have their own oils which are exclusive to the company.
  6. doTERRA also don’t have their own bottler and can’t distill their own oils. They have to use a re-bottler for this purpose.

doTERRA seems to be great but that doesn’t mean you have to fall in their trap. There’s no guarantee of 100% success here.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Digital Altitude Mr.Whack-A-Host

Digital-altitude-reviewDigital Altitude is an e-learning and personal development program which focuses on boosting digital business. If you become an affiliate, you get access to a lot of resources from the best minds in the industry even though you will have to pay through the teeth for these.

You might have to end up spending around $25,000 on all these programs and digital retreats. However, you might actually end up doing well for yourself. It depends on you. I’m going to talk more about Digital Altitude and how their plans work.

The basic premise here is that they educate their sellers to promote their products, i.e.  provide valuable information which will help them become top sellers. There aren’t many analogue tasks here, which means that everything is on digital and you will have access to a bunch of learning equipment from the safety and comfort of your own home.

Digital Altitude has been hot on the market for now and might stay that way because of their in-depth lesson plans as well. While the initial spending can seem to be quite over the top, there is no doubt that the resources match the price.

My review will address the topics of whether Digital Altitude is legit or whether it’s just a scam soon. While I may not give you a direct answer, since the final decision will ultimately be made by you, my review will lay out their compensation policies and give you and idea of how they generally work.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

There are a lot of websites out there that are selling Digital Altitude as a scam website but pay no attention to them, because this review will explain everything you need to know.

Essentially, Digital Altitude is a top tier business system and both their learnings and payouts are done on three different levels. This is a classic MLM setup in which you get paid when you bring people in, and then also receive commissions when your team brings more people in.

The three levels vary according to prices and compensation plans and that’s where the true choice lies. The three membership levels are called Aspire Walker, Aspire Hiker and Aspire Climber. All of them carry different sorts of training and know-how for each affiliate’s package.

The way these work is that you get compensated on different levels as well. So for example, in the Walker level, you will receive commissions for members you bring in yourself, i.e. your personally chosen resources.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

If you’re at the Climber level, you will receive deeper compensation, which goes to 2 levels. This means you will get commission on your own sales, your personally recommended members’ sales and also on the sales from the members your members have brought in.

Let’s talk a bit about the different tier levels. The Aspire Walker package will set you back by $37 a month and it includes a lot of goodies. You will receive the following:

  • 40% commission on all the sales that you and your team mate make. This also includes any sales made by your sales team
  • You get 1 Tier payout here, which means you will only get rewarded for sales you yourself make or someone you have personally recommended
  • You also get free access to all the members areas and digital hangout spaces
  • As an affiliate you also get full access to all start up training videos and other digital learning resources

The second level is called Aspire Hiker and this costs around $67 per month. This obviously has more rewards than the previous tier. You receive the following:

  • You will get around or up to 50% commission on all sales made by your team members
  • There is also a 2 Tier payout system to match. This means you get rewarded for all team sales as well
  • There is also access to the members area and digital hangout spaces
  • You will receive access to all start up training videos
  • There will also be a weekly training that you can attend
  • There will be conference calls to ensure you’re all caught up. These happen monthly and are usually beneficial to new members
  • You will also have access to additional sales funnels
  • There will also be coaches available to you to help you across different hurdles
  • Other tools and resources are available to you

The last tier is called Aspire Climber and you have to pay out $127 per month. Here’s what you receive once you sign up for this one:

  • Up to and above 60% Digital Altitude Commissions on all sales you or your team members make
  • You have 3 Tiers of payout – in this system you get rewarded for all team sales across 3 levels
  • Access to the members area and digital hangout spaces
  • Start up training videos
  • Weekly trainings
  • Monthly conference calls to assess performance
  • Additional sales funnels
  • Coaches to guide you when making sales
  • Other tools and resources

Digital Altitude is good if you want to grow your personal learning and brand. But if you want to make serious money, there may be other, better ways to do so.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Beachbody Mr.Whack-A-Host

beachbody-reviewsBeachbody is a strong company with recognizable products such as Insanity and others. The company was founded in 2007 in Santa Monica, California where the ‘Muscle Beach’ is located.

The founders of the company set it up famously to end obesity and unhealthy eating habits worldwide. The founders, Karl Daikeler and Jon Congdon have been around the infomercial circuit for a while and have been running their company since 1998.

However, it was largely present in infomercials before then and didn’t hit direct sales until 2007. That’s also when their sales started going through the roof. Just last year, they revealed that they made around $570 million in sales.

While some of their hype has faded, they’re still selling and pushing a lot of product.

I am going to review their products, brand and compensation plan to give you an idea of what you’d be signing up for.

What I’ve noticed is that a lot of companies usually tank once they convert to a direct selling and/or MLM model, but this wasn’t the case for Beachbody. Their sales simply took off and they haven’t looked back since.

This is also because right at this time, the health and wellness industry got a boost and Beachbody was right in the center of this movement. The difference with Beachbody is that they don’t promise you any miracle transformation overnight.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Instead, they offer you custom plans and diet guidelines that will help you actually get healthy and fit in the long run. Their coaches are proof that their plans actually work.

Insanity itself is proof of how difficult and strenuous their training programs are but once you get into it, it pays off big time.

The company’s authenticity comes with the fact that their coaches have to do the programs themselves before they can demonstrate or sell them to others.

During this time, they market their transformations so other people can get a close look at how Beachbody’s programs prove to be effective.

A lot of people clamor to buy the product without even being marketed to. Even though this seems to be a pretty transparent operation, a lot of scandals have arisen based on the fact that people get private messages in their email or Instagram from coaches.

These messages insinuate that the person needs to work out or lose weight to achieve their ideal bodies. Coaches also target them by sending them what could be ‘after’ pictures of them if they tried out the Beachbody workouts.

So how do you become a coach in the first place? You have to start off by paying a fee of $39.95 for a first time activation. Once you’ve paid this, you will pay $15.95 monthly so that your account can stay active.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

This is just for coaches. If you want to become a seller or affiliate, you actually have to complete some fitness programs and challenges. This helps you get a feel of the program and probably makes it more authentic to sell to others.

For this, you will purchase the Challenge Pack which goes from as low as $140 to over $300. This depends on what kind of challenge you want to participate in.

Now let’s talk about Beachbody products. The company sells a lot of various fitness and nutrition programs and products. They have a flagship program known as P90X which is actually valued at around $700 million.

After they released this, they released two other high intensity workouts called Insanity and Asylum. These ones became so popular that they then started shelling out other programs like Brazilian Butt Lift, Core the Force and Country Heat.

Their programs are around a month long and cost around $60-80. If you sign up for more time consuming programs, they’ll set you back by a $100-200 easy.

If you’re a coach, you will earn around 25% commission on all personal retail sales. This is pretty normal in terms of industry averages.

However, you have to consider that you will pay a lot if you want to make side money and you will have to make a lot in sales to make this pay off. For example, for every Shakeology or P90X program that you manage to sell, you will get $30.

The programs retail for $120 or more per program. Compensation also works on team cycle bonuses, which means you have the potential to earn more on a regular basis. Beachbody also offers a pretty standard compensation program which means that every time your team completes one cycle, which is around 300 Team Volume (TV), you get a bonus.

This is a cycle bonus. The bonuses work as the following: $14 for Emerald Coaches, $16 for Ruby Coaches and $18 for Diamond Coaches. You get paid this amount every time your team gets up to 300 TV.

Will you make money from Beachbody? That depends on you. But I can tell you a much better way to make a lot more cash!

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Avon Mr.Whack-A-Host

Avon Products Inc, or more widely known as just Avon, was founded by David H. McConell. It has successfully managed to become a power house and one of the leading MLM companies globally.

It happens to be the fifth largest beauty enterprise, with around 6.4 million representatives. After Amway, it has been declared the second largest direct-selling company worldwide.

The multi-level marketing company deals directly in selling beauty, household and personal care items. After distributing ad marketing for over 125 years, the company has managed to spread its roots to over a hundred countries, making around 5-11 billion on a yearly basis.

The recent facts and figures of their sales were impressive as they made a whopping $5.7 billion worldwide in 2016. Among recent activities, it appointed Jan Zijderveld as the CEO in February, 2018.

Their largest market currently resides in Brazil, after it passed the United States in 2010. They infiltrated the Chinese market in 1990, but as direct selling became illegal in the country, they decided to sell their products through physical stores called Beauty Boutiques.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

Fortunately for them, the ban was lifted in around mid-2000s, and they started direct-marketing once more. Alongside their success, the California Perfume Company, Inc, of New York trusted Avon and filed their first trademark application in 1932 with the USPTO.

The USPTO includes perfumes, toilet waters, powder, lipsticks and rouge compacts in their agreement and description. The first ever commercial use for Avon by the California Perfume Company took place in September, 1929 after the registration was granted on August 30, 1932.

Avon deals with a wide range of products including skincare, fragrance, fashion, home improvement and obviously, cosmetics. Its’ no surprise that one in three women living in the UK own at least one of Avon’s products.

You would also be surprised to know that they deal with women’s lingerie along with some glamorous accessories. As they are more widely known for their cosmetics line, let’s focus on some of the goodies they offer to their consumers.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

The wonderful thing about Avon is, that they focus on pleasing their consumer more than they care about their sales. That could be a leading reason as to why they are so successful, as their work ethic is directly related to integrity and quality assurance.

Many MLM companies like to add markup to raise their prices, but Avon has not been one to follow the crowd. What sets them apart is that they have a wide range of products for reasonable, even cheap rates.

Some of their products are actually cheaper than most in the stores, even less compared to drug store brand products.

The makeup must haves such as eyeliner, mascara and lipstick, can be found available at cheap rates like £4-£10, even as low as £2, which has made Avon’s sales skyrocket.

Although it is still less popular when up against battle with its competitors, NARS, Urban Decay and MAC, it does prove itself successful as not everyone can afford the latter brands.

It has a reputation of its products being liked by the general public as it does not fail to fall behind on trends and stays up to date. The company has its mind in the right place as it has managed to contribute to great causes such as breast cancer and domestic abuse prevention campaigns.

They managed t raise around $800 million towards the cause, to help women become independent physically and financially.

Like every company, products targeted towards skincare are generally always more costly. They fall in between the range of £20-£30.

Although it sounds like too much, the products have proven themselves worth the cost, as Marie Claire said their skincare items are “the perfect solution for every skin problem you’ve ever had.”

It just gets better, as Avon has reportedly had no side effects whatsoever with their products.

The company comes with a terrific compensation plan for its affiliates. Avon deals with their consumers with both door-to-door salespeople, who are mostly women called “Avon ladies” or they advertise their products through brochures.

Avon has training centers that operate to train potential “Avon ladies”, and these centers include small retail sections with skin care products such as serums, makeup, cleansers, creams etc.

This helps to make the recruiters become pros at selling Avon products such as jewelry, accessories, clothing and evidently their cosmetic line.

For affiliates who wish to join and become financially independent are initially required to sign on as an Avon Sales Representative at $10. They are also required to pay any startup cost which fortunately is not a lot.

By becoming a rep, you can actually earn additional income on retailing products. What’s great is that you actually survive on your own, without actually acquiring a team.

The commission rates are pretty generous, starting from 20% and going up to 50% after you have reached a specific rank based on the amount of sales you’ve made, and the products you decide to sell.

You can however, sponsor a team and increase your chances of earning more as the amount from the sales is not that high.

There is a higher earning potential for income, along with receiving benefits like a company car or even a vacation.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Arbonne Mr.Whack-A-Host

When it comes to the major MLM companies out there, Arbonnne sure has made its mark. Arbonne International was founded by PetterMorck in 1975 and since then has been thriving.

He had been working in a Norwegian skincare company from which he picked up a lot of his knowledge. He put it to use and wanted to develop a company that dealt with all natural ingredients. Arbonne’s headquarters are located in Irvine, California which is a great central location for an office.

The company has proven itself to be reliable due to it longevity, having been around for more than three decades. It has managed to spread its branches to the entire USA, with offices and operations in Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

According to Nexera’s review, I has been rated one of the top rated MLM companies out there. It has expanded its offices to Poland, New Zealand, and Taiwan. Even after Morck’s passing, CEO Kay Napier Zanotti has managed to keep the company alive and thriving in the form of a $500 million company with around 200,000 representatives available on a global scale.

PetterMorck had the passion for creating a company dedicated to making people feel good about themselves, and so emerged Arbonne International, a company comprising of skincare products.

They deal specifically with cosmetics, body care, anti-aging, health and wellness products. Arbonne International, LLC deals with manufacturing skin, nutrition, hair, sun protection, makeup, bath and body.

Their products range is wide and include cleansers, toners, moisturizers, treatment and grooming products. Their bath and body products comprise of lotions and moisturizers with fragrances, washes, soaks and scrubs.

They also sell vitamins/minerals, healthy snacks and beverages, antioxidants, fitness products like fiber, omega-3 and protein.

All products are cruelty free and vegan due to the botanical ingredients and 100% vegan method of manufacturing. The products contain no animal products or animal by-products, which makes it completely safe and natural.

Arbonne is one of the top skincare brands along with Burt’s Bees and Sephora. The products can be pricey, creams and serums retailing at $42-$60. Full skincare sets can cost around $300 even.

Many agree that the products are worth the hefty price tag because they are free of parabens, benzene, petrolatum, formaldehyde, and other harmful preservatives. The products have been proven to work for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation and making skin tighter. There are no side effects because of the vegan products that are free from abrasive chemicals like alcohol.

Learn more about our #1 recommendation here.

While Arbonne is not in the list of top billion dollar companies, it comes close to other companies like Rodan, Nerium, and Jeunesse due to its whopping sales revenue of half a million dollars in just 2016.

It’s safe to say that working with Arbonne is beneficial and can earn you a decent income just by commission. Here is a simple breakdown of how the compensation plan actually works, and how Arbonne treats its affiliates.

It is pretty straightforward, since there are four basic ways to earn which are through 1.) Commissions, 2.) Overrides 3.) Mercedez-Benz Cash Bonus Program and 4.) Cash Bonuses.

As a representative you can start with a generous 35% profit on personal retail sales. It is quite high when it comes to commissions unlike many other MLM companies.

Overrides are what you make when your circle manages to earn through their own personal sales. Overrides are dependent on rank which are listed as follows.

As an Independent Consultant, you can make 6% on personally sponsored recruits who manage to sell more than 500 PQV within a single month. Other positions such as of that of a District Level Consultant make an 8% off their First Generation, 2% off their Second Generation, and 1% off their Third Generation.

As an Area Consultant, you get to make 6% on the Central Group, with a 6% off the First Generation, 1% off the Second Generation and finally 1% on the Third Generation.

If you happen to upgrade from Nation Consultant to a Region Consultant, you make 3% on the Central Group, 3% on the First Generation, 2% on the Second Generation and lastly 2% on the Third Generation.

Usually people start out with having the position of a Nation Consultant in which case you get to make 1% on the Central Group and 1% on the three Generations.

Mercedez-Benz bonuses are offered when certain high-performing consultants receive a bonus that goes toward buying or leasing a Mercedez-Benz.

One of the perks of working with Arbonne are the cash bonuses that are awarded to dedicated consultants who perform very well.

Accordint to Arbonne’s facts and figures, the top 1% earners make around and annual income of $254,069 which is spectacular. The startup and introductory package doesn’t even cost much, it’s just $79! From this generous compensation plan, you can earn a very decent income.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Amway Mr.Whack-A-Host

amway-reviewToday I am going to review Amway, which is a massive corporation and is very well known all around the world. There have been any number of Amway ladies who sell door to door as well as online sellers who take a more subtle approach. The company was launched in 1959 and was created by Rich Devos and Jay Can Andel.

Both these founders always had the dream to own their own business. Amway sells everything from beauty products to health and wellness products designed for every lifestyle. It’s been 50 years and the company is still going strong. It has now spread to over a 100 countries worldwide. Amway is actually the highest revenue producing network marketing company at the moment.

There are four fundamental rules that Amway goes by. These are simple and pretty self explanatory. They are Freedom, Family, Hope and Reward. The whole philosophy is based on the fact that affiliates with Amway find themselves to be free because they will be financially independent and able to pick up their own expenses. The second one means that Amway employees and affiliates are treated like family and this one really encompasses the ideas of the company. All the associates are together and feel like they have a great support system while they sell products.

Amway has become about much more than selling things, which is why they also have Hope featured in their philosophy. This means that every seller, while being connected to the company, should stay hopeful of their rewards. And of course, the next one is Reward, which means the financial compensation associates are entitled to after hitting their minimum sales requirement.

Now let’s talk about what Amway actually sells. The company’s most popular selling beauty product is their Artistry line which includes a range of foundations, concealers and powders among others. They also sell rich eyeshadow pigments which are available to buy in quads and can be ordered online. New consumers are roped in because of the door to door service that exists when an Amway salesperson shows up with samples. You can later order the products to your home.

Amway sells mainly to middle class and high end consumers since their products are definitely on the pricey side. They also sell more industrial products such as detergent and household necessities. These would be more cost efficient if bought from the grocery store, but their distributors can convince you otherwise.

Speaking of distributors, Amway offers affiliate roles to anyone. Once you sign up, you have to constantly keep recruiting new and fresh salespeople to create your own downline. The issue with Amway is that if you run out of new recruits, your sales will start falling and hence you will start actively losing money. However, if you know how to recruit the right kinds of people, sponsor and then train them, you will understand how to make a lot of money with Amway.

The reason so many people fail is because they don’t understand how to rope in other members to be part of their downline. And then your team has to keep duplicating what you’re doing since that’s the only way you’ll be able to have mass success. If their results are similar to yours, you are bound to get more money out of it.

Some people call Amway a scam because they seem to offer promises of real success even though a lot of that is dependent on your personality, sales acumen and training. The training that Amway offers you is not sufficient to guarantee you a lot of profits and yet the company says you will be successful. This is one of the reasons people think it’s a scam. Another one is that is requires affiliates to recruit constantly and this means that it might be mistaken for a pyramid scheme.

MLM is different from a pyramid scheme because it requires you to actively sell products and create a team. Inversely, pyramid schemes just ask you to recruit people endlessly, with the promise of commissions paid out to everyone in the team. Amway is not technically a pyramid scheme but it’s understandable that people might think so because of the way the compensation works.

The standoff comes between the fact that Amway products seem to be a hit with consumers while their distributors don’t seem to be too impressed with them. People have done studies in which they recorded that 79% or more people would rather buy from Amway than sign up to become distributors. As well as that, there are a lot of people over the internet who have said they didn’t make any profits with Amway and would not urge others to sign up. If you’re interested in Amway, you can check it out but let me tell you, there are still better ways to make money.

There are other ways to get rid of your 9-5 and make money online without MLM’s, bother your family/friends, ponzi schemes and recruiting people!

Without sounding mean, you would probably like this system because it gives you a “blueprint” that grows without 3 way calls or spamming your facebook friends!

Ambit Energy Mr.Whack-A-Host

ambit-energy-reviewAmbit Energy is a massive company that provides services all over the USA. They cater to Maryland, New Jesey, Texas, California, New York, Pennsylvania and Illinois. Their products are energy services and the company was launched in 2006 by two founders, Chris Chambles and Jere Thompson. They provide really reasonable prices for electricity and gas and have been growing like crazy. Back in 2008, they managed to get $200 million in revenue and then $325 million in 2009. They are now a Fortune 500 company and are worth more than $1 billion! Talk about excellent growth.

I am reviewing Ambit Energy and their compensation packages for affiliates. You can make an informed choice after reading my review as I will go into all the details necessary. Ambit Energy works hard to provide natural gas and power across the country and what’s great is that bigger corporations can’t keep their monopoly intact anymore. Ambit provides consumers with a solution to get competitive prices for their power needs. While their specific prices aren’t available to assess, they provide different prices across all states.

Even though Ambit is a big player in the energy sector, they still have competitors and run into the risk of crises like these. MLM companies that play in the energy sector don’t generally have a lot of competition but these are some of the companies that compete directly with them. These are:

  • Ampegy (Spark Energy)
  • Choice Consumer Marketing
  • Ignite Energy
  • ACN
  • Independent Energy (Energy Plus)
  • Dynastar energy
  • Momentis
  • Invado Energy
  • North American Power
  • Zurvita
  • Viridian Energy

Now this is as typical an MLM as they come, so keep in mind that you will get paid commissions when you recruit other people as either consumers or affiliates. Ambit has all this information up on their website where they detail how they want to help their consultants achieve ‘financial freedom.’ They seem to provide a lot of learning resources for affiliates as well. Of course none of these are free but they will help you learn to sell. Ambit insists that because there is a deregulation of the energy markets, it’s the perfect time to actually sign up with them. According to their business model, an affiliate gets paid every time someone uses gas or electricity, which are basic necessities and therefore shouldn’t be too difficult to sell.

The key here is that you can even tell people how to get their power for free if you find the right consumers. This is how Ambit tells affiliates to rope in clients and more affiliates. There are bonuses for a lot of milestones and you can take advantage of these as you please. The risk factor is shown to be generally low since Ambit has been churning out a healthy profit over the last years. Their website shows that they have been placed on the DSN global 100 list.

Ambit works by urging affiliates to tell consumers that they can save big on their energy and gas bills, if they refer Ambit to their friends and family. Within this lies the hidden opportunity where every consumer is also a potential affiliate-in-waiting. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who would say no to getting free power forever and also earning income on top of that. Even though this seems like a great process, there is a warning sign which is that you would have to constantly recruit people and would not be able to hit any sort of stability mark early on.

How Ambit works is that once you’ve signed up, you get a title called ‘Ambit Marketing Consultant.’ As a fresh consultant, you won’t be eligible for the leadership income perk because you need to get promoted and reach much higher levels for that. This can easily be done once you get 5 customer points which you would have already done if you’ve earned Jump Start 1. After this step, you’ll need to find other dedicated people and build a team. This needs to have 6 people in it but here’s the catch: you’ll need to have recruited two of them yourself. Once you check all these boxes, you will become an Ambit Regional Consultant.

This can continue all the way up till you become National Consultant where you would start earning top dollar, or so Ambit claims. The only con I see here is that you’d be earning promotions based on constant recruitment and not really on how much you or they are selling. It starts to sound and look a lot like a pyramid scheme if you see this perspective. There’s not doubt that Ambit is a legitimate business but there are some red flags which appear to be concerning.

Overall Ambit could be profitable if you wanted to sign up and recruit people for a living. But there are still better ways to make money out there!
